Sources: Walter, Kushner finalize terms of Lakers sale at $12.5B valuation

Lakers owner Mark Walter and Thrive Capital founder Josh Kushner met Thursday to finalize the transaction and are expected to sign the formal agreement soon, sources told ESPN.
